Partner since 2021. Universidad de Chile, Diploma in Pharmaceutical Regulation (2015). Duke University, Master of Laws (LL.M. 2011). Universidad Diego Portales Law School, (LL.B., 2007). He has specialized in intellectual property matters, such as patents, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks, unfair competition and pharmaceutical regulation.
Cristián is currently the President of the Chilean Intellectual Property Association (period 2023-2026) and is a professor at different Universities in Chile. Cristián is the coordinator of the All You Need is Law Podcast Committee.
