Dunker Morales

Dunker Morales Vela's professional practice has been built mainly in private practice. He began his career by providing services for several years in the largest firm in our country until he became the main partner of a boutique firm.

His vast experience in local litigation, international arbitration, as well as in advising government entities in the legal structuring of infrastructure projects, international transactions, have allowed him to gather extensive experience in Public Law and to serve as Attorney General of the city of Quito.

His professional practice has always been accompanied by university teaching, Dunker Morales Vela teaches constitutional law, tort law, public law and antitrust law at the Catholic University of Quito, San Francisco University where he teaches undergraduate and graduate degrees.
