Drew Morier is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s National Tax Group based in both Toronto and Calgary. With a broad international tax practice including advisory and transactional work, Drew advises some of Canada’s largest multinational corporations and international clients on their complex cross-border M&A, financing, corporate reorganization and restructuring transactions.
