Dorothy, a managing partner at East & Concord Partners, has 30 years of experience specializing in banking and finance, capital markets and securities, and corporate governance and compliance. She maintains leading expertise and achievements in financial and securities legal services, serving corporate groups and financial institutions. Dorothy played a pivotal role in advising on China’s state-owned enterprise reforms during the first and second rounds, and was instrumental in the H-share listings in 1994. She undertook the overseas red-chip listings for China’s first private companies and the IPOs of national commercial banks. Currently, she serves as the legal counsel to more than ten large state-owned enterprises, listed banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.
Dorothy has been consistently recognized by leading international legal rating agencies over the years.
