Wang has been recognized as a leading lawyer in International Trade/WTO by Chambers and Partners for years. She has also been named a “Thought Leader in Trade and Customs” by Lexology Index and has been ranked in LEGALBAND “China Top Lawyers – International Trade/WTO” for years. Additionally, she was awarded the LEGALBAND “First Choice for Clients: Top 15 Chinese Female Lawyer” title and was recognized among ALB “China Top 15 Female Lawyers” for her outstanding contribution to the field.
Experience
Vivian Wang began her career in East & Concord Partners in 2001. At that time, she was selected by the firm to work and study at Stanbrook & Hooper Law Firm in Brussels, Belgium. Since then, under Wang’s leadership, her team has represented more than 300 companies in approximately 120 anti-dumping and countervailing investigations. This includes assisting Chinese companies in responding to investigations initiated by foreign authorities, as well as representing foreign companies in investigations conducted by China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM).
The investigations have covered a wide range of products, including optical fiber cables, photovoltaic (PV) products, wind towers, electric bicycles, bulldozers, citric acid, trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA), melamine, steel pipes, aluminum extrusions, fittings, castings, pins and staples, partially oriented yarn (POY), ceramic tableware and kitchenware, ceramic tiles, plywood, and more.
