Jennifer is the Managing Partner of East & Concord Partners. For more than 18 years, she has been focusing on providing legal services on asset management products, REITs, investment and financing, asset securitization, bond issuance and capital markets to banks, trust companies, insurance companies, fund companies, securities companies and other financial institutions and private equity funds under the supervision of national financial regulatory administration, and China Securities Regulatory Commission. She specializes in designing structures for structured products, military-civilian integration, Fin Tech, intelligent manufacturing, and new infrastructure industries and public offered infrastructure REITs.
