Dorothy Xing is a managing partner in East & Concord Partners. Xing specializes in areas of banking and finance, capital markets and securities, corporate governance and compliance. She has been a leader in financial and securities legal services for 29 years. Xing advised on China’s state-owned enterprise reforms in the first and second round and H-share listing in 1994. She undertook the overseas red-chip listing of the first private companies and IPOs of national commercial banks.
