Don Detweiler has more than two decades of experience advocating for clients nationwide in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, including representing debtors, creditors’ committees, directors and officers, employees, litigants, and other parties-in-interest. He has served as counsel to numerous Chapter 11 debtors and creditors’ committees in several business segments, including health care, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, ethanol, apparel, pharmaceuticals, insurance and finance, specialty products marketing and distribution, and printing. He has significant experience in debtor and committee representations across the country.
