Dominic Rothbarth is a Partner in Boodle Hatfield's leading Private Client & Tax team. Dom is a private client lawyer specialising in tax matters, acting for an international client base.

Dom advises entrepreneurs, investors, senior executives, financial services professionals, private banks, family offices and trustees on a broad range of matters, including the structuring of business interests and investments throughout the lifecycle of a business, wealth structuring and succession planning generally, remuneration strategies, carried interest and co-investment arrangements.

Dom also regularly supports clients in navigating HMRC investigations and disputes and has a particular interest in helping clients to resolve complex tax scenarios in a pragmatic and commercial manner.
