Dominic Adamson KC

Dominic Adamson KC is recognised by Chambers and Partners in Health and Safety, and by The Legal 500 across all three of his core practice areas: Health and Safety, Inquests and Inquiries, and Personal Injury. Dominic was called to the Bar in 1997 and took silk in 2020. He was a previous winner of the Chambers & Partners health and safety junior of the year. In the field of health and safety, Dominic represents defendant corporations of all sizes including some of the largest companies operating in the UK across many different sectors. He has been involved in some of the most significant cases that have been to the Court of Appeal. Dominic has been involved some of the most high-profile inquests and inquiries. This includes acting in the inquests into the terrorist attacks at Westminster and London Bridge, Hillsborough, Grenfell Tower, the Plymouth Shootings. He acts for both claimants and defendants in catastrophic personal injury and fatal accidents claims. Dominic also has significant experience of group litigation. Dominic sits on the Football Association’s Judicial Panel and chairs disciplinary commissions and appeals.
