Temple Garden Chambers is well regarded for its handling of complex health and safety prosecutions and enforcement proceedings. Areas of expertise for the set include gross negligence manslaughter and corporate manslaughter cases, as well as prosecutions arising from workplace fatalities and rail accidents.
