David Sequeira Dinis joined Uría Menéndez - Proença de Carvalho’s litigation team in 2005 and became a partner in 2017. David focuses his practice on insolvency and corporate restructuring matters, on civil and commercial litigation (with a particular focus on shareholder disputes) and arbitration, and has considerable experience in complex matters.

He handles out-of-court negotiations and settlements, civil and commercial proceedings, insolvency and corporate restructuring procedures, IP-related matters and arbitration proceedings.
