David Reichenberg is an antitrust and litigation partner with deep experience in handling high-value, bet-the-company cases as well as in providing advice on all manner of transactional, regulatory and strategic counseling matters. He represents companies of all sizes across key industries, including health care, financial services, entertainment and technology, among others. David has been named to Global Competition Review’s “40 Under 40” quadrennial list, which recognizes the top antitrust lawyers in the world under the age of 40. He is also a regular contributor to Forbes and its leadership strategy section for business executives.

David has represented industry-leading clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides of antitrust litigation. He advises clients ranging from emerging companies to Fortune 500 corporations on the antitrust implications of potential business initiatives, and he also litigates unfair competition issues, including intellectual property- and trade secrets-related matters. Additionally, David has worked with clients on responses to government investigations involving the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, the European Commission and the U.K. Competition and Markets Authority in both offensive and defensive matters.

A dedicated member of his community, David regularly engages in pro bono efforts. He has represented individual civil rights plaintiffs in federal court and recently served as first chair on a trial team that secured a favorable jury verdict on a 1983 claim under the Fourth Amendment in the Eastern District of New York.
