He acts as advocate and adviser at all levels of the English court system, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations, and in proceedings offshore.

Career

David has been involved in some of the most high-profile disputes of the last 15 years, including the FSMA shareholder claims against Glencore and Tesco, the Magomedov litigation, Convoy Collateral v Broad Idea, claims by Rusal against Potanin and Abramovich, BTI v Sequana, the Beresovsky joint venture claims, Erste v Red October, and the proceedings against the former directors and auditors of Equitable Life. He took silk in 2016.
