James Kinman acts on a broad range of commercial and commercial chancery matters. Recent instructions include large scale fraud claims, shareholder disputes, joint venture and partnership disputes, and litigation over the ownership and value of substantial real property, many of which engaged questions of private international law. He has substantial experience (both led and unled) of jurisdiction challenges, interim relief applications, trial and appellate proceedings, and has acted in a number of arbitrations.
