James Gassenheimer, is the CEO and CLO at Flacks Group, a special situations investment fund. He brings a wealth of expertise from his more than 30 years of extensive legal experience. He has been board certified as a civil trial lawyer by The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy for over 25 years and has served as Chair of the Civil Trial Certification Committee of The Florida Bar. James is chair-elect of the Executive Counsel of the Trial Lawyer’s Section of The Florida Bar and will serve as its Chair in the 2026-7 bar year.
