Danny Worrell

For approximately 30 years, Danny has represented clients on a wide variety of environmental issues before federal, state, and local regulatory agencies and in federal and state courts. His practice is focused on environmental contested case permitting and enforcement, and on regulatory compliance involving, among other subjects, hazardous and municipal solid waste, air quality, injection wells, water quality, underground and above-ground storage tanks, asbestos, and PCBs. Danny also routinely represents clients on matters concerning remediation of contaminated property, Superfund, Brownfields redevelopment, and corporate transactions and investigations involving environmental matters. He previously worked as a geologist, specializing in oil and gas exploration.

Admitted to Texas Bar in 1990. Baker Botts Partner since 2019.
