Danielle’s practice focuses on corporate law, with an emphasis on private equity. She has acted for targets, acquirors and financial advisors. Her experience spans domestic and cross-border acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and majority and minority investments.

Danielle also advises private equity sponsor clients (including existing private equity funds and newly forming funds) on their structure, governance, and carry and other economic arrangements.
