Career

Daniella specializes in the areas of antitrust and telecommunications. She has a solid experience in the trial-like procedure before both antitrust authorities since Daniella worked for in the Federal Economic Competition Commission and the Federal Telecommunications Institute, getting involved in cases regarding abuse of dominance, cartels, and unlawful mergers, as well as verifying the compliance of conditions imposed to mergers.

Daniella obtained her law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (2011) and her LL.M. in Competition Law from King’s College London (2019). Additionally, she has coursework in Regulation at Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas, Instruction in the U.S. Law at Fordham Law School and Telecommunications and Competition at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
