Daniel is a Partner in the Manchester office of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP. Daniel has significant experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, acting for both claimants and defendants in high value and complex matters.

Daniel is heavily involved in the developing area of class and group actions and is currently advising a number of high-profile clients in relation to defending group actions involving multi-jurisdictional elements.

Daniel is experienced in various forms of alternative dispute resolution; having led many mediations and expert determinations that yielded successful results for clients and always seeks to achieve practical and commercial results for clients.

Daniel is a certified data protection practitioner and assists clients with dealing with immediate responses to data breaches and also defending any claims that may subsequently arise. Daniel also regularly advises clients in relation to reputation management issues, including claims for defamation, crisis management, responding to press enquiries and securing the removal of malicious comments and statements from internet sites, forums and search engines.
