Dale Smith

Dale Smith is a partner in Willkie Farr & Gallagher’s Texas practice who represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, direct lenders, commercial banks and alternative capital providers in complex bank finance transactions. His practice draws on more than 25 years of experience and includes a significant focus on the energy sector, including upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas, renewables and other alternative energy transactions, and focuses on a broad range of secured and unsecured lending structures including acquisition financings, syndicated and club credit facilities, credit support facilities, refinancings, recapitalizations, project finance, and other leveraged finance transactions.
