Dageng Han

Mr. Han is a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm. He has been practicing law since 1998, with a focus on dispute resolution, banking and finance, debt restructuring, real estate, etc. He has provided litigation, enforcement, and non-litigation legal services to numerous banks, asset management companies, and large enterprises, winning many cases before the Supreme People’s Court and high courts in China. Mr. Han has recovered hundreds of millions of yuan in cash for clients in the enforcement of judgments, earning him high recognition from them. Among the high-profile cases, Mr. Han has worked on the debt restructurings of a Qingdao-based company and a Xinjiang-based company, which collectively resolved about CNY 30 billion worth of corporate debt, contributing significantly to the financial stability of the regions. He also counselled a national real estate enterprise on its debt restructuring, involving more than CNY 30 billion of debt. On behalf of Qingdao Laoshan District Government, he has handled dozens of disputes over land bidding, auction, listing, or transfer by agreement arising from changes to China’s land policy, effectively resolving the risk of loss of state-owned assets.
