Practice Areas
Craig focuses his practice on domestic and international dispute resolution and the development of infrastructure, licensing, distribution and franchise programs. He serves as outside general counsel to numerous restaurant clients.
He is Co-Chair of the firm’s Franchise & Distribution practice group, as well as Co-Chair of the International Arbitration practice group. He is an active arbitrator, judge pro tempore and expert witness, and has a long history of involvement with the International Franchise Association, the International Bar Association, various local bar associations and pro bono clients.
Many of Craig’s cases are expedited and resolved during the injunction stage. He has been involved in dispute resolution matters on three continents.
Frequently sought as a speaker, Craig has been a guest on national television shows, has taught law students at domestic and international universities and has presented lectures at bar associations on two continents. He has published more than 500 articles, papers, presentations and webinars.
His retail experience includes the representation of restaurants, pharmacies, and apparel, educational and automotive retail chains and franchise systems. He also represents jewelry and watch brands, both domestic and internationally.

Career
Prior to joining Fox, Craig was a partner and team leader in the franchise practice and global litigation teams at an international law firm.
For more than a decade, Craig has been a monthly contributor to the Legal Intelligencer and the New York Law Journal, both American Lawyer Media publications, and has taught as an adjunct professor at Temple University School of Law. He has written chapters in books on bankruptcy, covenants not to compete and franchise agreements published by the American Bar Association.
