Craig Munroe

Craig Munroe is one of Canada's leading labour and employment lawyers. Representing many of the largest and most prominent companies and organizations in British Columbia and nationally, Craig provides strategic, solution-based advice to employers facing complicated labour relations issues.

In representing and advising public and private employers, Craig regularly appears before various courts and tribunals including the British Columbia Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, grievance arbitration panels, the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal, and the provincial and federal courts. Craig also regularly advises large employers with respect to strategic labour modeling in unionized environments.

Craig is a member of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers, where he served on the Board for nine years, including as President of the association.

Craig is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
