In representing and advising public and private employers, Craig regularly appears before various courts and tribunals including the British Columbia Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, grievance arbitration panels, the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal, and the provincial and federal courts. Craig also regularly advises large employers with respect to strategic labour modeling in unionized environments.
Craig is a member of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers, where he served on the Board for nine years, including as President of the association.
