Career

Craig has extensive experience in international and domestic commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration, as well as considerable experience in complex commercial disputes and construction and energy disputes.

He has appeared as counsel in ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID, SCC, HKIAC, LCIA, SIAC, VanIAC and ad hoc arbitration proceedings, and in the British Columbia Appeal Court, Provincial Courts of British Columbia and Supreme Court of Canada.

Craig is recognized by Chambers Global and Canada, the Global Arbitration Review's GAR 100, Lexology Index (Arbitration), the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, and Benchmark Litigation Canada, among others, and is Martindale-Hubbell® AV® Preeminent™ rated.
