I have worked in commercial litigation and dispute resolution for a range of national and international businesses for over 35 years and specialised in contentious LLP and partnership matters for 20 years.
I advise senior management teams, CEOs and business owners on the investigation and resolution of governance, conduct and regulatory issues, and on high value and complex disputes with third parties arising from commercial business relationships.
While the majority of my clients are organisations providing financial and professional services, I have a broad client base including high net worth individuals and business operating in advertising, marketing, retail, hospitality, technology and sport sectors.
I have many years' experience resolving disputes though negotiation, mediation, High Court litigation in England and international and domestic arbitrations under the rules of various arbitral institutions.
