He has an unusually broad range of experiences in state and local taxes that are off the radar of many multistate practitioners, including property taxes and business license taxes, and he is a national authority on state transfer pricing issues and controlling-interest provisions in the real estate transfer tax context. He has represented taxpayers in favorably resolving state transfer pricing disputes involving tens of millions of dollars of proposed adjustments across the Southeast and other separate reporting states.
