Claire C. Rosston provides strategic counsel to companies in a wide range of commercial transactions, from complex deals involving asset and equity sales and purchases, real estate, and secured financing to data privacy and security counseling and contract negotiation and drafting.

Claire represents buyers and sellers in asset and equity acquisitions, with significant experience in the animal health care industry. She also assists clients with corporate governance, operational contracts, and business formation, restructuring, and disputes.

Claire’s data privacy and security practice involves counseling clients on compliance with U.S. federal and state laws, including the California Consumer Protection Act, as well as assisting with data breach incidents. Claire also assists clients with their privacy policies, online and mobile terms of use, and agreements with data privacy and security provisions.
