Chris has extensive courtroom experience and effective advocacy skills and helps clients navigate complex commercial litigation and bet-the-company cases. His trial practice concentrates in two areas: general commercial, and trade secrets/covenants not to compete. Chris has successfully tried numerous jury trials, bench trials, preliminary injunction hearings, and commercial arbitrations. He has also developed a procedural specialty in obtaining temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.
