Chris is co-chair of Fox Rothschild's Environmental Practice Group. His practice focuses on the environment, chemical handling and exposure, compliance, transactions, litigation and mass tort defense.
Chris serves as litigation and regulatory counsel and advocate on regulation of emerging contaminants, including PFAS compounds and as a counselor to companies at chlorinated solvent sites nationally, who has advocated in guidance development processes for vapor intrusion in Pennsylvania, USEPA and ASTM International. He provides advice to clients in the acquisition and disposition of businesses and assets and the re-development of brownfield sites; counsels clients on emerging health and safety, air, water and waste compliance issues, including nanotechnology; and assists clients in evaluating and communicating about environmental risks.
