Partner in the Cassels Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. Practice includes product liability, franchise litigation, securities litigation, and class actions. Chair of the Cassels national Product Liability Group and a key member of the firm’s Franchise Law and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration Groups. Product liability practice includes a significant focus on defending automotive claims, as well as experience with claims involving recreational vehicles, consumer products, industrial equipment, and medical devices. Has been recognized by Chambers, Best Lawyers, Lexpert, Lexology Index, and Benchmark Litigation, where he has been repeatedly named to the “40 & Under List” honouring Canada’s top litigators aged 40 and under. Active member of the Advocates’ Society, Defence Research Institute, and International Association of Defence Counsel.
