Graham Brown

Represents clients in construction and infrastructure disputes, including public and private owners, developers, contractors, subtrades, suppliers, and consultants. Offers particular expertise advising clients on contract disputes, procurement issues, lien claims, breach of trust claims, delay claims, and other litigation matters. Has argued matters at all levels of court in Ontario and in arbitration proceedings.  Regularly provides advice to construction industry participants on project strategy, procurement and tendering issues, contract drafting, and Competition Act compliance.  An avid writer and public speaker on construction law issues. Has taught a construction law course at a post-secondary institution, and regularly lectures at construction industry educational programs.
