Lara Jackson

Successful trial and litigation practice focused on complex corporate commercial litigation including class action defence, securities litigation, shareholder disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and oppression cases. Represents and provides strategic advice to public companies, directors and officers, boards and special committees, and other market participants in various industries. Has appeared as lead counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada and all levels of court in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta and Yukon. Serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Advocates’ Society and is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Previously served as a member of the Securities Proceedings Advisory Committee, the Ontario Bar Association Council, and the Executive Committee of the Women in White Collar Defense Association.
