Practice Areas

Litigation practice focuses on complex corporate and commercial matters, including class action defence, securities, and competition litigation, contract disputes, contested transactions, and regulatory proceedings. Has significant expertise with cross-border regulatory and litigation matters. Has appeared as lead counsel before all levels of court in Ontario, BC, and Alberta and various administrative tribunals, including the Ontario Securities Commission. Clients include resource companies, major financial institutions, technology companies, directors and officers, and other market participants. Also serves on her firm’s Executive Committee, Chair of the Securities Litigation Group, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The Advocates’ Society.
