For more than 37 years, Chris has worked with clients across numerous industries, including petrochemical, refining, power generation, manufacturing, natural resources, and real estate. Chris advises regarding regulatory requirements affecting clients' operations and identifies cost-effective compliance solutions, including demonstrating compliance, negotiating penalty reductions and corrective action requirements in enforcement cases, performing self-audits, and developing supplemental environmental projects.

Chris negotiates environmental risk allocations in transactions, drafts contract provisions to address environmental issues, and evaluates issues that may affect the value or viability of a deal. He also counsels asset sellers and buyers about environmental issues in bankruptcy proceedings.
