Christoff Pienaar

Christoff has a wealth of experience in advising clients on corporate, commercial, fintech and the commercial aspects of intellectual property law. He specialises in corporate and commercial matters in the information technology (especially fintech), telecommunications and financial services sectors and has particular expertise in payment systems and payment processing arrangements, investment transactions into technology businesses, commercialisation of intellectual property rights, externalisation of intellectual property rights and disposals and/or restructuring of technology businesses.
