Cecilia Guzmán-Barrón specializes in the hiring, reorganization, transfer and dismissal of personnel; adaptation of corporate policies to local laws; management of change in organizations; attention to inspections and labor procedures; inductions for critical conversations, and the prevention and solution of labor conflicts.

Cecilia leads focused labor audits and due diligence; labor compliance; and occupational health and safety. In addition, she has 20 years of experience providing consultancy in the hiring of foreign personnel; global mobility of executives, and migratory procedures.

She is the Peru delegate to the DLA Piper Women's Leadership Alliance.
