Cecilia Guzmán-Barrón specializes in the hiring, reorganization, transfer, and dismissal of personnel; adaptation of corporate policies to local laws; management of change in organizations; attention to inspections and labor procedures; inductions for critical conversations, and the prevention and solution of labor conflicts.

Cecilia leads focused labor audits and due diligence, labor compliance, and occupational health and safety. In addition, she has 20 years of experience providing consultancy in the hiring of foreign personnel, global mobility of executives, and migratory procedures.

She is the Peru delegate to the DLA Piper Women's Leadership Alliance.
