Cecelia Ward

Cecelia advises clients and their families on how to organise their affairs to their best advantage. She provides advice on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning, the use of trusts, partnerships and structures, wills and all aspects of private client work, including work with a foreign element. She advises clients with complex affairs, family problems or difficult assets. She also advises entrepreneurs in relation to their businesses and all generations of the family in regard to family businesses, including farming businesses. While some of Cecelia's clients are Surrey-based, the majority reside elsewhere in the UK or overseas.
