Anna Worwood

Anna has a thriving high-value financial practice comprising many complex international financial cases, including current cases with assets exceeding £100m, and has extensive experience in dealing with complex trust and related structures. She is the trusted advisor to a number of UHNW clients being instructed by them to deal with a range of family law matters.

Anna has become known for being one of a small number of 'go to' lawyers in private children cases, particularly those involving international relocation. In many of these cases, she acts for members of international and HNW families.

Anna is featured in the inaugural Tatler HNW Address Book alongside 20 leading UK lawyers.

She is listed in the Spear’s 500 2021 as a ‘Top Recommended’ family lawyer and described as a ‘Distinguished Individual’.

Anna is a past President of the Private Client Commission (which includes family law) of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) from 2013 to 2016.

She is a fellow of the IAFL.

She chairs the International Relocation Committee of the IAFL.

She is a member of Resolution's International Committee.

She chairs a Group of leading family lawyers and other leading City professionals, called ‘Creative Divorce’, organising regular group meetings and inviting guest speakers (other leaders in their field) to speak on topical issues.

She is recognised for her considerable knowledge of the implications of Brexit on family law.
