Alex is a Partner in our Cayman Islands office and specialises in private equity, investment funds and related corporate and commercial work, including SPACs. Alex is also Global Practice Leader for our Funds team. He frequently advises many of the world's leading private fund sponsors on the structuring and establishment of investment funds, secondary transactions and related deals. Alex has extensive experience on fund finance matters.

Career

Before relocating to the Cayman Islands, Alex led the investment funds practice in our Hong Kong office, advising on some of the largest fundraisings in the Asia region.

Prior to moving offshore and subsequently joining Mourant, Alex worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.
