Caroline is highly-regarded figure in the London media litigation market, with immense experience in resolving complex media disputes. She is a commercially astute lawyer who clients turn to with seemingly impossible issues. Known especially as a fearsome tactician, she is able to enforce her clients’ rights whilst ensuring that their reputation and commercial interests are protected.
Caroline’s practice covers all aspects of media related litigation: regulatory disputes (including judicial review), contractual disputes, accounting and professional services claims, rights protection, data protection and privacy disputes, FMCG disputes and defamation claims.
Caroline’s experience of the publishing sector is particularly notable: she is always highly ranked by the legal directories for her defamation and privacy expertise and is frequently consulted by trade associations, universities and media organisations for her insight on industry issues.
