Leading media lawyer Alex Wade has joined media, technology and IP law firm Wiggin LLP as a media litigation partner. He also becomes CEO of Wiggin’s specialist content practice Reviewed and Cleared.
Alex brings a wealth of industry knowledge, having spent 30 years as a libel lawyer while also working as a writer and journalist. He’s advised almost every UK national newspaper and works with many clients in book and magazine publishing. Alex is also an experienced TV and film lawyer, having worked for both international platforms and independent production companies on documentaries, comedies, films, music and sports series. Alex has been short-listed as sports feature writer of the year and continues to work as a writer and journalist.
