Carly Glover Saviano

Carly G. Saviano is a partner and Co-Chair of Willkie's Real Estate Department. She represents sponsors and equity investors in a broad range of real estate investments and transactions with respect to all real estate asset classes, whether under development or stabilized. Carly advises clients on all aspects of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, single asset and programmatic joint ventures, management agreements, preferred equity investments, financings, workout negotiations and restructurings.
