Carlos Eduardo has nearly 20 years of experience in the labour area. His practice involves labour consulting, collective bargaining and labour litigation. Carlos Eduardo frequently assists our clients with labour planning and proactive audits related to labour law. His main focus of expertise is dealing with issues related to collective bargaining, leading the conclusion of collective bargaining agreements, also with a propositional bias, i.e., for the implementation of labour planning projects. He is also highly experienced in strategic, administrative and judicial proceedings filed by unions and/or the Labour Prosecution Office (MPT).
He is also a professor of Labour Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas de São Paulo (FGV-SP) and holds a Master of Law from the Pontificia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and specialization courses from PUC-SP (Labour) and FGV-SP (Business Management).
