Advises domestic and international clients from different industries on tax advisory and litigation matters. Has an extensive experience in international transactions, corporate reorganization and planning, investments funds and debt-financing structured operations, with a solid expertise in the real estate, media and advertisement and in the technology industries, including solutions related to marketplaces, apps, SaaS and online advertising. Having worked at one of the “big four”, operates with accounting matters on a daily basis. He also represents clients on administrative and court litigation, with emphasis on direct taxes.
Served as a substitute judge of the Local Tax Board of São Paulo (2016 and 2018/2020) and is a tax law professor at USP’s Polytechnic School and at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT).
