Rafael Villac Vicente de Carvalho

Rafael has over 16 years of experience advising clients on a wide range of matters, including corporate law, M&A, real estate, media and entertainment, and business litigation. He graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, holds a Postgraduate degree in Civil Law from the same university, and a master’s degree in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law from Fordham University. He is also licensed to practice law in New York. Rafael has worked as a foreign consultant at the law firms Stairs Dillenbeck Finley Mayer and Patterson Belknapp Webb & Tyler, both located in New York, and is currently one of the coordinators of the Corporate Law Committee at CESA (Center for Studies of Law Firms).
