In the Labour department, we assist clients in the most varied labour matters, covering consulting and litigation issues such as:

• • Collective and union law: conduction of collective negotiations, including in relation to profit sharing (PLR), lay-off, salary reduction, different forms of hiring, salary negotiation, and others;
  • Risk assessment: preventive and proactive audits; preparation of a roadmap showing possible vulnerabilities and points of attention of our clients’ activities with its quantification;
  • Consulting: labour planning and human resources management advice, such as preparation of Q&A regarding projects for labour liabilities reduction, outsourcing, and flexible working hours models;
  • Occupational health and safety: development and implementation of Security Service Orders, safety management structure adjustments (OHSAS 18001) to the model adopted by legislation, revision and adaptation of safety manuals/programs, project implementation and monitoring;
  • Litigation: judicial and administrative proceedings in all instances in all states, and higher courts; calculation of awards and detailed reports related to juridical risks and chances of loss.
