Brad’s experience includes representation of developers, lenders, and investors in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, including traditional commercial real estate matters and some of the largest renewable energy projects in the mountain west.
His prior experience as a commercial and construction lender provide him with both the legal and practical business experience to drive result oriented outcomes for his clients. In addition to advising clients on utility-scale wind, solar, and transmission line projects, Brad works with family offices, start-ups, and national clients in the hospitality, industrial, office, and multifamily markets, including low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) deals. His practice also includes coordinating client needs for permitting, environmental, tax, regulatory, due diligence, financing, and opinion work.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Brad worked in the Atlanta office of Morris, Manning & Martin LLP and served as an intern to the baseball operations staff for the Houston Astros. He is also the author of the children’s book, “The Little Shredder’s Guide to Jackson Hole.”
