Bruno Azevedo Rodrigues is a Partner at Abreu since 2022, he coordinates the Projects & Structured Finance sector, focusing on national and international projects in the energy and natural resources, transport and infrastructure sectors.

He has intervention in the areas of projects, structured finance, private equity operations and venture capital, with special experience in monitoring power generation projects, with emphasis on financing matters.

His experience in the energy and natural resources sectors is revealed in his representation of the most relevant stakeholders and in his intervention in some of the most significant projects in Portugal and in Portuguese-speaking countries.

For over 25 years, the lawyer has also led M&A transactions in the financial, industrial and IT sectors, among others. He also regularly advises on regulatory matters and dispute resolution in regulated sectors.

He lectures in several postgraduate programmes on project finance, corporate finance and energy law.
