Miguel Rodrigues Leal joined the Lisbon office of Uría Menéndez as a trainee lawyer in 2010 and become a Counsel in 2023. Between January 2017 and December 2017 he was assigned to the London office of Uría Menéndez.
Miguel focuses his practice on commercial law matters, in particular on banking and finance matters (including project finance, acquisition and real estate financing transactions), mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He also regularly advises Clients in the negotiation of complex commercial contracts and in regulatory aspects (in particular, financial services regulation).
