She has extensive experience representing clients in federal and state courts, including bankruptcy court, in mediation, and before regulatory agencies.
She applies her invaluable industry-specific knowledge to her work with clients to protect and advance their business goals in a range of commercial, environmental, employment, and bankruptcy disputes.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Brianne served as a law clerk to Judge Brian Morris of the US District Court for District of Montana. Brianne serves as the Administrative Partner of the Billings office.
