Brianne McClafferty

Brianne is an experienced litigator who helps clients navigate complex problems efficiently, both in and out of the courtroom.

Brianne skillfully represents her clients, including resource companies, banking and finance companies, and public utility companies, in business and environmental disputes. She has extensive experience representing clients in federal and state courts, including bankruptcy court, in mediation, and before regulatory agencies.

She applies her invaluable industry-specific knowledge to her work with clients to protect and advance their business goals in a range of commercial, environmental, employment, and bankruptcy disputes.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Brianne served as a law clerk to Judge Brian Morris of the US District Court for District of Montana. Brianne serves as the Administrative Partner of the Billings office.
